Why You Should
Work With Me

Most health and wellness coaches can tell you what to do.
What I bring is something different.

My clinical lens changes everything about how I coach. When you share what you are carrying, I am not just hearing your story. I am also understanding the way your body is keeping score of everything your schedule refuses to acknowledge. I can hold the clinical implications and the human experiences at the same time, and that intersection is where the real work happens.

Nurse coaching is not the same as general health and wellness coaching. It is whole-person care grounded in integrative science, led by someone who has sat at the bedside, navigated complex health systems, worked within communities to empower them with sustainable practices, and understands what it means to advocate for someone when the stakes are high. I bring that same advocacy into every coaching relationship and every retreat space I hold.
I lead with people. As an ENFJ-A, I am wired to see the potential in people before they see it in themselves. I am energized by connection, driven by purpose, and show up fully for the hard parts of the journey without losing sight of what is possible.

My Protagonist personality reflects how I have always moved through the world: listening deeply, speaking with intention, and showing up fully for the people I am called to serve.
My assertiveness means I do not wait for perfect conditions before I act. I trust my instincts, hold my boundaries, and lead from a place of inner stability rather than anxiety.
It does not mean I have it all figured out. It means I have learned to move forward anyway, with clarity and with care.

That combination, and a genuine calling to see people whole, is why this work is different. And it might be exactly what you have been looking for.
Are you a high-capacity woman who:

Is accomplished on the outside and exhausted on the inside. You have built a career, held your family together, and shown up for everyone, and your body and inner life are quietly asking for something more? Do you carry multiple roles at once, professional, caregiver, partner, community member, and rarely put yourself at the top of that list without guilt attached to it?

You are no stranger to hard work but you’re beginning to sense that pushing harder is not the answer anymore? Are you living with chronic stress, hormonal imbalance, burnout, a chronic health condition, or a general feeling of disconnection from yourself that you cannot quite name but cannot ignore either? Are you done with surface-level self-care, like bubble baths and productivity hacks, and want something that actually gets to the root?

If something in you said yes while reading this, that is worth paying attention to. This is your invitation to begin.

Coaching

The 12-Week Intensive | Private, personalized, whole-person

This is not a typical coaching program. It is a twelve-week whole-person experience built around you, your body, your inner life, your daily rhythms, and the healthiest version of yourself.

Over twelve weeks, we work together in a private, held space to look at the whole picture. Your health goals and daily habits. Your nutrition and whether it is quietly supporting you or quietly working against you. Your emotional life and the stories you have been carrying. The responsibilities you balance and the weight they place on your nervous system and your overall wellbeing. Your daily rhythms and whether they are grounding you or slowly draining you.

We look at all of it. Together.

And then we begin to shift it, with intention and with care, so that you leave with the skills, the knowledge, and the practical tools to reach your health and wellness goals and live at your healthiest and highest capacity.

This is not a program where you get a workbook and a checklist. This is real, responsive coaching grounded in over fifteen years of clinical and lived experience. Every session is built around you, where you are, what you need, and where you are going.

A comprehensive Whole-Person Assessment before we begin, covering five dimensions of your health and life: physical, emotional, mental, spiritual, and lifestyle. This becomes the map for our entire twelve weeks together.

One opening session of 90 minutes to review your assessment, map your full picture, and co-create the focus and intentions for the journey ahead.

Ten coaching sessions of 60 minutes each across twelve weeks, each one responsive to where you are and what you need, not a rigid curriculum.

A clinical check-in at the midpoint of the program where I bring my nurse’s eye to the whole picture, assess how your body and nervous system are responding to the shifts you are making, and identify anything worth exploring further with your healthcare team.

Weekly between-session practices tailored to your journey, rotating across journaling and reflection, breathwork and somatic awareness, nutrition and habit practices, and movement and body-based tools. These are not homework. They are living practices designed to meet you in your real life between our sessions.

Voice note check-ins between sessions so you are never alone in the work.

A curated referral list of specialists and resources tailored to your specific needs, including functional and integrative health providers, mental health professionals, nutrition specialists, and life planning resources such as financial guidance and insurance navigation.

Clinical recommendations you can bring directly to your healthcare team, informed by what I observe across our twelve weeks together, so your everyday care continues to move in the direction of your goals.

One closing session of 90 minutes to celebrate what has shifted, name what you are carrying forward, and receive your Whole-Person Care Plan.

Your Whole-Person Care Plan, a written document prepared for you that covers all five dimensions of your healing journey, your personal Rooted Rhythms, your nervous system toolkit, clinical recommendations for your healthcare team, your curated referral list, and your forward vision for your next season. This is yours to keep and return to long after our work together is complete. your goals.

Before Week 1: The Foundation

Once you register and your payment is confirmed, you will receive a welcome email with your comprehensive Whole-Person Assessment. This covers your physical health, emotional landscape, mental patterns, spiritual life, and daily rhythms and lifestyle. Please complete this before our first session as it becomes the foundation of everything we build together. You will also receive a link to schedule all of your sessions upfront so nothing is left to chance.

Week 1: The Opening Session (90 minutes)

We meet for a deep, unhurried 90-minute conversation built around your assessment. This is not a rush to solutions. We are listening, reflecting, and beginning to name what we see together. By the end of this session we have a clear focus and a shared intention for the twelve weeks ahead. You will leave feeling seen and with a clear sense of what this journey is going to ask of you.
Your first between-session practice begins here: a simple daily body check-in. Once a day, you pause for two minutes and ask yourself three questions. How does my body feel right now. What emotion is present. What do I need in this moment. You keep a brief note of your answers. This begins building the awareness that is the foundation of everything else.

Week 2: The Body as Messenger (60 minutes)

We go into the physical layer. We explore what your body has been trying to communicate through your symptoms, your fatigue, your sleep patterns, your cravings, and your stress responses. We begin connecting the dots between your physical experience and your emotional and lifestyle patterns in a way your annual checkup likely never has. We introduce your nervous system as the thread connecting everything and begin identifying what a regulated versus dysregulated state looks and feels like specifically for you.
Between-session practice: A nutrition awareness practice. Not a diet, not tracking. Simply paying attention to how different foods make you feel, your energy, your mood, your focus, and your body, and keeping a brief daily note for the week.

Week 3: The Inner World (60 minutes

We move into the emotional and spiritual layer. The stories you have been carrying. The identities you have outgrown but not yet released. The parts of yourself you have been too busy, too guilty, or too afraid to tend to. This session often carries the most emotional weight of the program and is held with the most care.
This is also the midpoint clinical check-in. I assess how your body and nervous system are responding to the shifts already underway and note anything worth exploring further with your healthcare team.
Between-session practice: A guided journaling practice around one question. What have I been carrying that was never mine to carry? Ten minutes of unedited writing. Bring whatever surfaces to our next session.

Week 4: Rooted Rhythms (60 minutes)

We build your personal Rooted Rhythms plan together. Not a generic morning routine or a meal plan lifted from the internet. A set of daily and weekly practices designed specifically around your body, your health needs, your schedule, your season of life, and your real capacity. This covers nutrition practices that work with your body, a morning rhythm that grounds rather than rushes you, an evening rhythm that signals safety to your nervous system, movement that feels nourishing rather than punishing, and boundaries that function as nervous system protection.
Between-session practice: You begin living your Rooted Rhythms plan for one week and note what feels sustainable, what feels hard, and what needs adjusting. This is not about perfection. It is about honest data

Week 5: Nervous System Restoration (60 minutes)

We go deep into regulation. You leave this session with specific, practical tools you can use in real time. Breathwork practices for before a hard conversation. A body scan for when you notice yourself dysregulating. Somatic awareness practices that help you catch the early signs of overwhelm before they become burnout. We also explore the relationship between your nervous system and your nutrition, sleep, and relationships.
Between-session practice: You choose one breathwork or somatic practice from the session and commit to using it daily for the week. You note when you reached for it and what shifted.

Weeks 6 through 10: Integration Sessions (60 minutes each)

This is the phase most coaching programs skip because they end too soon. Over five sessions we go deeper into what is already shifting. We are not introducing new content. We are following you through the resistance, the old patterns that resurface, the moments when life gets heavy and the new rhythms feel hard to hold. Each session is responsive to where you are that week. Between-session practices continue weekly, rotating across journaling, breathwork, nutrition, movement, and somatic awareness based on what you need most.

Week 11: Advocacy and Forward Vision (60 minutes)

We turn toward the woman you are becoming and the life you are building toward. We spend time on your vision for your next season, your health, your relationships, your work, and your inner life. We also focus on self-advocacy. How to communicate your needs to your healthcare team. How to ask for what you need in your relationships and your workplace. How to recognize when you are slipping back into old patterns and what to do when you do.
Between-session practice: You write a letter to yourself from the woman you are becoming. You bring it to our final session.

Week 12: The Closing and Commissioning (90 minutes)

Our final session is 90 minutes and unlike any other session in the program. We celebrate what has shifted. We name what you are carrying forward. You share your letter if you choose to. And I present you with your Whole-Person Care Plan, a document prepared specifically for you to keep and return to long after our work together is complete.
After the Program: The Option to Continue
If you want to keep going, individual sessions are available at $297 per session. No pressure. No pitch. Just a clear door if you need it.

Pricing for the 12 weeks is $2500

Need more time after the twelve weeks? Additional sessions are available at $297 per session so you can continue the work without committing to another full program before you are ready.

Group
Coaching

The 8-Week Collective | Shared space, real work, real community

Healing does not have to happen alone. And sometimes the most powerful thing is being in a room, even a virtual one, with other women who finally get it.

The Collective is an 8-week group coaching experience for high-capacity women who are ready to regulate, rebuild, and return to themselves.

Over eight weeks, we gather together in a space that is honest, supportive, and grounded in whole-person care to look at the whole picture. The patterns, pressures, and disconnections that have been quietly draining you. Your nervous system and what it has been absorbing. Your emotional life and the weight it has been carrying. The nutrition and daily habits that are either sustaining you or silently depleting you. The rhythms that make healing something you can actually live, not just aspire to.

We look at all of it. Together.

And then we begin to shift it, with intention and with care, so that you leave with more than just insight. You leave with tools, practices, and a community of women who understand the journey and will continue to walk alongside you long after the eight weeks are done.

This is intentionally small. No more than ten women. Because the depth of this work requires space, and space requires intention.

A group intake form completed before the program begins so I can hold each woman individually even within the shared space.

Eight weekly group sessions of 90 minutes each, each one anchored to a specific pillar of whole-person healing and building on the one before it.

A practical resource each week, rotating across reflection guides, nervous system tools, nutritional frameworks, somatic practices, and habit-building tools you can apply immediately in your real life.

Clinical education woven throughout the program, bringing a nurse’s eye to the body, the nervous system, hormones, gut health, and the connection between your physical and emotional experience in a way that is accessible, credible, and unlike anything a general wellness coach can offer.

Group-level clinical recommendations and referral resources shared in week six, with individual follow-up notes sent to each woman after the session.

Access to a private community space to connect, share, and be supported between sessions.

A personal practice toolkit at the close of the program, drawn from everything covered across the eight weeks, yours to keep and return to.

For women in the DFW area, an optional in-person closing gathering at the end of the program, a shared meal, a breathwork practice, and a moment of ritual that marks the completion of something real.

Group members are invited to exchange contacts with one another at the close of the program so the community does not end when the sessions do.

Before Week 1: Getting Read

Once you register you will receive a welcome email with a short group intake form and a welcome guide. Please complete your intake form before our first session. You will also receive the full 8-week schedule so you can protect that time in your calendar. Sessions are held virtually for the full group, with an optional in-person closing gathering for DFW women at the end of the program.

Week 1: Opening the Space (90 minutes)

We gather for the first time as a group. Introductions, intentions, and an honest conversation about where each woman is starting from. This session is about building trust and establishing the container so everyone feels safe enough to do real work together. We introduce the five dimensions framework, physical, emotional, mental, spiritual, and lifestyle, so every woman has a shared language for the journey ahead.

Week 2: The Body as Messenger (90 minutes)

We go into the physical layer together. Chronic stress and the body. Hormones. Gut health. The connection between what you eat, how you sleep, and how your nervous system responds. This session brings clinical depth that women rarely experience outside of a medical appointment, and even then, rarely with this level of wholeness and context. You receive your first practical resource, a simple nutritional and habit awareness framework you can begin applying immediately.

Week 3: The Inner World (90 minutes)

We move into the emotional layer. Burnout. Over-responsibility. The patterns that keep high-capacity women stuck in cycles of giving without replenishing. The identities held long past their season. This is often the session where the group goes somewhere real together and the community begins to form at a deeper level.

Week 4: Rooted Rhythms (90 minutes)

We get practical. Daily habits, morning and evening rhythms, nutrition choices, movement, and how to build routines that actually hold when life gets heavy. No idealized schedules. No generic protocols. Just honest, sustainable practices built around your real capacity and your real life. Each woman leaves this session with a starter version of her own Rooted Rhythms plan to begin trying before our next gathering.

Week 5: Nervous System Restoration (90 minutes)

We go into regulation together. Breathwork, somatic awareness, and practical tools for nervous system restoration are taught and practiced in real time as a group. There is something uniquely powerful about a group of women regulating together. It is embodied, communal, and deeply felt in a way that individual sessions cannot replicate.

Week 6: Advocacy and Self-Knowledge (90 minutes)

We focus on knowing yourself well enough to ask for what you need. From your healthcare team, your relationships, your workplace, and yourself. Group-level clinical recommendations and a curated referral list of specialists and resources are introduced here. Individual follow-up notes with personalized recommendations are sent to each woman after this session.

Week 7: Integration and Recalibration (90 minutes)

An open, responsive session built around where the group is. What is shifting. What is resisting. What needs more tending. This session follows the women, not the curriculum. It is often one of the most honest and meaningful gatherings of the eight weeks.

Week 8: Closing and Commissioning (90 minutes)

Our final session is a celebration and a sending forth. We reflect on the eight weeks, name what has shifted, and each woman receives her personal practice toolkit drawn from everything we covered. Group members are invited to exchange contacts with one another so the community does not end when the sessions do. For women in the DFW area, an optional in-person closing gathering follows, a shared meal, a breathwork practice, and a moment of ritual that marks the completion of something real.

Pricing for the 8 weeks group coaching is $797 per person

Need more time after the group sessions? Additional 1:1 sessions are available at $297 per session so you can continue the work in a private, held space in-between or after your 6 weeks group program.

Integrative
Retreats

The 3-Day Integrative Retreat | For women who need an intense, immersive reset within a shorter window

Some seasons call for more than a weekly session. They call for a complete pause. A room full of women who get it. Time that belongs entirely to you.

The 3-Day Retreat is an immersive, whole-person experience designed for the high-capacity woman who is ready to regulate, reconnect, and leave with something real. Not just inspiration. Not just information. A felt shift in her body, her clarity, and her sense of self.

Over three days in Florida during the summer and Texas during the fall, we go deep together. Into the nervous system. The emotional life. The practical rhythms that make healing something you can actually live. And into the woman beneath all the pressure, the one who has been waiting for this kind of space.

This is intentionally small. No more than ten women. Because the depth of this work requires space, and space requires intention.

Three days of immersive whole-person coaching and community experience hosted in Florida (summer) and Texas (fall).

A pre-retreat intake form so you arrive already known and held, not starting from scratch on day one.

Daily morning opening practices including breathwork, somatic awareness, and intention setting to ground each day before it begins.

Three deep-dive group coaching sessions, one anchored to each day, covering the body and nervous system, the emotional and inner life, and sustainable rhythms and forward vision.

Daily embodied practice sessions including guided movement, breathwork, and somatic regulation tools practiced together in real time.

Shared meals designed with nutrition and nourishment in mind, not just convenience. Food is part of the experience.

An evening gathering each night, a reflective practice, a shared conversation, or a ritual that closes the day with intention rather than just ending it.

A personal practice toolkit prepared for each woman, drawn from everything covered across the three days.

Clinical education woven throughout, bringing a nurse’s perspective to the body, hormones, the nervous system, and the connection between physical and emotional health in a way that is accessible, credible, and deeply practical.
Group-level clinical recommendations and a curated referral list of specialists and resources sent to each woman after the retreat.

Access to a private post-retreat community space so the connections made do not disappear when you go home.

An optional 30-minute virtual follow-up session two weeks after the retreat to support integration back into real life.

Day 1: Arriving and Seeing the Whole Picture

Morning: Arrival, welcome, and settling in. An opening circle where every woman names where she is starting from without judgment. Introduction of the five dimensions framework so everyone has a shared language for the days ahead.

Afternoon: The first deep-dive coaching session. The body as messenger. Understanding what your physical symptoms, energy, nervous system, and stress responses have been trying to communicate. Clinical education on the connection between hormones, gut health, sleep, and the nervous system delivered in a way that finally makes sense of what your body has been doing.

Late afternoon: First embodied practice session. Breathwork and somatic awareness practiced together. A shared nourishing meal.
Evening: A reflective evening practice. Each woman writes to one question: What have I been carrying that I am ready to set down? Held in community, not processed alone.

Day 2: Going Deeper

Morning: Opening breathwork and intention setting. A morning movement practice designed to be nourishing rather than performative.

Midmorning: The second deep-dive coaching session. The inner world. The emotional life, the stories, the over-responsibility, the identities held long past their season. This is often the most tender and most transformative session of the three days.

Afternoon: Rooted Rhythms workshop. Each woman begins building her personal sustainable nutrition, habit, and daily rhythm plan in real time with guidance. This is hands-on, practical, and deeply personalized within a group setting.

Late afternoon: A second embodied practice session. Somatic movement, guided visualization, or a body-based regulation practice chosen based on where the group is after the morning session.
A shared evening meal with space for organic conversation and connection.

Evening: A communal ritual to mark the midpoint. Something simple, grounded, and meaningful. A candle, a word, an intention spoken aloud. A moment that says this matters and so do you.

Day 3: Integration and Forward Vision

Morning: Opening practice and a gentle movement session. Space for personal reflection before the final gathering.

Midmorning: The third deep-dive coaching session. Integration and forward vision. Who are you now. What has shifted. What does your next season ask of you. Each woman articulates her vision and her intentions out loud in the presence of the group. There is something powerful about being witnessed in that moment.

Late morning: Each woman receives her personal practice toolkit and her clinical recommendations and referral list.

Afternoon: A closing circle and commissioning. Every woman is seen, named, and sent forward. This is not just an ending. It is a marking. A before and after.

The 3-day integrative retreats are all-inclusive format, and priced at $2,200 per person, excluding flights.

A very touching success story:

I enrolled in the nurse coach program so that I could learn better how to empower myself and others to make changes in their lives to live healthier or better (in short). I wanted to help those who don’t have the answers to their health issues and are feeling helpless or hopeless.  I wanted to help them find the strength to gain control of what they could in their lives to help balance what they could not. I was feeling helpless in my own life. I had my own health issues and no reasons why or how to control the symptoms. No magic pill or medications were helping. Enrolling in this program was what I needed and if I needed it, I just kept thinking how many other people out there need this and could benefit from it.

I am explaining all this because when I started, I wasn’t expecting to find so many other areas in my life that could use tweaking and adjusting. These areas were causing such high levels of stress and I couldn’t even see it. Tolu helped me to see what areas I could control and change for the better. Having your non-judgmental support, an ear to listen and someone to discuss stress reduction and mindfulness techniques with truly helped to give me a new perspective on handling the daily stress. These changes helped to diminish some of the health issues/symptoms that I have been dealing with for over a year. The sessions have left me positive and striving for a healthier me every day in so many areas of my life.

Tolu, you are kind, supportive and helpful. Your demeanor has a calming effect and I always walked away from our sessions feeling refreshed, inspired and I had a plan of what I was going to do next.

Thank you for everything.

– Diana.
